LaPO E-commerce Terms and Conditions (version date: October 12, 2021) Welcome to make purchases on this website; please read the following terms and conditions carefully: The purpose of these terms is to protect the interests of both "Ziyong Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as LaPO or we) and you. By completing the registration process through any of LaPO's channels or continuing to use any service provided by the LaPO shopping platform, you acknowledge and fully agree to all provisions of these terms and fully accept both current and future service items derived from this service. Additionally, when using specific services on the LaPO shopping platform, you may need to comply with separately announced service terms or related regulations depending on the nature of the service. 【Personal Data Security】

To complete transactions, including but not limited to payment and delivery, you must ensure that all the information provided during the ordering process is complete, accurate, and consistent with the situation at the time. If there are any changes, you should notify LaPO immediately. If false information is found, LaPO may suspend or terminate your customer qualification, and if there is a violation of the laws of the Republic of China, legal actions will be taken. Regarding the information you provide, LaPO will adopt secure transaction methods and promises to maintain confidentiality, and will not disclose or provide it to any third party, except for sharing with relevant vendors involved in the transaction or service. However, LaPO has the right to check or provide your personal data to authorized authorities or to third parties who claim their rights have been infringed and provide appropriate proof, in the following cases:

• As required by law or under orders from judicial or other competent authorities.

• To complete transactions or execute these terms, or if you violate these terms.

• To maintain the normal operation and security of LaPO's system.

• To protect the legal rights of LaPO, other users, or third parties.

You are responsible for properly safeguarding and using your account and password, and you may not lend or otherwise provide or disclose them to any third party. Due to the nature of the internet, any actions taken using your account and password will be considered as your own actions and will be your legal responsibility.

If you discover or suspect that a third party is using your account or password, you should notify LaPO immediately, and LaPO will suspend the processing and subsequent use of the account transactions. However, your legal responsibilities prior to notifying LaPO are not waived by this notification.

【Online Ordering】

According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law: "Consumers in mail-order or visiting sales transactions may return goods or notify the business operator in writing to cancel the sales contract within seven days of receiving the goods, without explaining the reason or bearing any costs or payments." Therefore, once the contract is established and you have received the goods, you have the right to cancel the contract under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law. If you need to return items, please refer to the "Return and Exchange Information" on the LaPO website.

After completing the online ordering process, the system will automatically send you a notification by email or other means. However, this notification merely informs you that your order information has been received and does not indicate that the transaction is complete or the contract has been established. LaPO reserves the right to accept or reject your order. LaPO offers various payment methods for you to choose from, but completing the payment does not mean that the transaction is complete or the contract has been established. LaPO reserves the right to accept your order. If LaPO confirms that the transaction conditions are correct, payment is completed, and there is still stock, LaPO will ship the items without further notice. If there are errors in the transaction conditions, out-of-stock items, or if services cannot be provided, or if LaPO cannot accept the order, LaPO will automatically process a refund.

• LaPO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders after they have been submitted if the labeled price is lower than the correct pricing.

All issues related to quality, warranty, or after-sale services of the product or service you have purchased is the responsibility of the original manufacturer, agent, importer, distributer, or service provider of the respective products or services. They are liable for the quality commitment, warranty, or after-sale services based on established terms; however, LaPO is committed to resolving any of your doubts or disputes arising from an online purchase.

LaPO reserves the right to restrict the maximum number of purchases you can make of a specific product in each order; if your order exceeds the amount permitted by LaPO, the maximum number of permitted products will be shipped.

Once you’ve submitted an order to LaPO, it signifies that you have submitted an offer and are willing to comply with the terms of trade conditions or restrictions for the products or services listed on the web page. If there are any changes to your information (address, phone number), please immediately update your information as it may not be proposed as a reason to cancel the order or refuse payment. If the products or services you have ordered cannot be delivered after 2 attempts and you cannot be contacted for over 3 days, LaPO reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

All of the purchases you make on this website shall be based on the automatically recorded electronic transaction data by LaPO’s computer systems. In the event of a dispute, the electronic transaction data shall be applied as the determining standard. If you find that the transaction data is incorrect, contact LaPO immediately. The website may contain many links containing information provided by external websites and LaPO does not explicitly or implicitly guarantee the correctness, reliability, or timeliness of the content provided in these websites. If you are unable to receive messages transmitted by this company due to your information being incorrect, expired, or any other reasons that cannot be attributed to this company, it shall be deemed that the company has completed our obligation of notification and any disadvantages incurred as a result shall be borne by the customer.

If you’re under the age of 20, you may register or continue to use this platform after your legal guardian has read and understood the contents and all revisions of this terms of service. The customer and LaPO both agree to utilize e-mail as a means of acknowledging this fact.

The company reserves the right to terminate customer accounts and services for any violation of laws, noncompliance to terms agreed by both parties, and customers who maliciously abuse their service rights.

The company retains the right to revise the contents of these terms at any point in the future. The customer shall be notified of any revisions via e-mail, telephone, catalogues, communication networks, online announcements, or other appropriate methods.

If you want to reference or reproduce the aforementioned software, programs, or website content, you must obtain prior written consent from LaPO or other rights holders in accordance with law. Respecting intellectual property rights is an obligation. If violated, you are liable for compensation and penalties for damages to LaPO (including but not limited to the costs of litigation and legal representation).

【Limitation of Liability】

Under the maximum extent as permitted by law, regardless of whether we have been informed of the possibility of damages and whether the limited remedies provided in these terms can achieve their primary purpose: (1) (Regardless of violation or infringement of other legal provisions) Our maximum compensation shall not exceed the amount of your order and should be as close to the losses incurred if possible; (2) We are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or compensation of expenses.

【System Security】

You acknowledge and agree that no compensation or indemnity shall be requested for any full or partial interruption, temporary loss of access, or delay resulting in errors in data transmission and storage, or falsification of data due to system intrusion by a third party stemming from failure or malfunction of hardware equipment and software of LaPO, partnering companies, or telecommunications providers.

【Fraud】

LaPO will not actively call consumers. If you receive a call claiming to be from LaPO customer service, accounting, shipping, sales, or a banking worker inviting you to join online groups or communities and providing unknown links, please remain alert or call the 165 anti-fraud hotline for further verification. Avoid falling victim to fraud and abstain from operating ATMs, performing bank wire transfers, or providing your financial information.

【System Pause/Interruption】

LaPO will pause or interrupt all or part of the system in the following circumstances. In these instances, LaPO is not liable for any damages caused directly or indirectly to the user:

• During the migration, replacement, upgrade, maintenance, or repair of hardware and software related to this service system;

• if the user violates government laws of this terms of service;

• system suspension or interruption caused by natural disasters or force majeure;

• other system pauses or interruptions due to affairs that cannot be attributed to LaPO.

If the service system is scheduled for pauses or interruptions due to “regular” maintenance, configuration, or change, LaPO will notify you via e-mail, announcements, or other suitable methods prior to pause or interruption.

【Changes to Terms of Agreement】

In addition to these terms, you must also comply with the other transaction conditions and details stated on the web pages.

LaPO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes to these terms will be announced on this website without additional notification. Your continued use and purchase of products on this website signifies that you understand and agree to comply with the revised terms.

【Governing Law & Jurisdiction】

The governing law for all online purchases, transactions, activities, and this terms of service on this website is based on the laws the Republic of China, Taiwan. In the event of disputes arising from your online purchases, transactions, activities, and this terms of service on the website which result in litigation, the first instance court of jurisdiction shall be the Taiwan Taipei District Court.
