【LaPO Website Information - Returns】
After making a purchase on the LaPO website, consumers enjoy a 7 day cooling-off period (including holidays and weekends) from the day the product is received. The cooling-off period is not a trial period and the refunded product must be brand new with packaging intact; please ensure that the product, accessories, gifts, warranty, original manufacturer packaging, and all included documents are intact without any damage to the accessories or original manufacturer’s packaging. Refunds will not be issued if the product is missing items or damaged. In accordance with Article 259 of the Civil Code, the consumer is obligated restore the product and any damage, loss, or other reasons resulting in the product being unable to be returned require reimbursement of the product’s value.
If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service through the official LINE account “@lapo” during business hours of 10:00~17:00 within 7 days of receiving the product (returns will not be accepted after 7 days). After confirming your name, phone number, address, and method of refund, you will be notified of the return method (7-11/Pelican) within 3 business days. If the original purchase method was convenience store pick-up, you will be provided with a 7-11 return. Please complete the product return at an iBon kiosk in 7-11 within 2 days (the avoid code expiration). If the original purchase method was home shipping, please make sure to pick up any calls as a logistics worker will claim the package. After giving the neatly packaged product to the logistics worker, please keep the receipt that is issued to you.
When returning a product, please use the external packaging (cardboard box or packaging bag) used by LaPO when delivering the product to you before returning or giving the package to a logistics worker. If the original packaging has been lost, please pack the original manufacturer’s product packaging into a suitable box. Do not attach the waybill or write on the product’s packaging as it is deemed to be a part of the product. Your right to return the product will be affected if the product is lost, damaged, or missing items; depending on the costs required to restore the product, you may be liable for necessary fees.
【LaPO Website Information – Shipping Fees for Returns】
Returns made for the first purchase from LaPO’s website do not require shipping; however, a shipping fee is required for returns made from offshore islands or overseas. Please ensure that the product is intact when processing returns. There are 2 methods for returns (7-11/Pelican) and a customer service representative will notify you of the subsequent handling method to facilitate your refund. Upon submitting a request for returns, the consumer agrees to LaPO’s terms of returns and acknowledges that LaPO will void receipts and handling subsequent affairs on behalf of the consumer.
Once LaPO receives the returned product and confirms there are no issues, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. If you have any other questions, please contact customer service.
